* Male, maximum 29 years of age
* D3/S1 GPA min 2,75 from reputable university majoring in :

1. Agronomy/Soil Science/Plant Pest/Diseases/Biology/Plant Breeding/Forestry
2. Mechanical Engineering/Electrical engineering /energy Converesion.
3. Compute Literate ( min. under windows)
4. Willing to be trained and bonded by the company.
