Currently, we’re working to fill some positions to our client in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Malaysian based position :

Reliability Engineer

Purpose / Role :
To deliver optimum performance & continuous improvement in Reliability and Availability of Safety and Production Critical equipment.

Key aims and objectives :
Ensuring that the total maintenance effort delivers its required objectives as efficiently, effectively and safely as possible

Prime responsibilities and duties :
- Lead Root Cause Analysis studies to minimize repeat failures
- Life cycle costing, Maintainability/Availability Reviews
- Provide direction and leadership in maintenance and capital spares planning based on equipment condition information and history.
- Work with O&M teams to analyze equipment reliability data in order to determine gaps, set appropriate KPIs, and to drive improvement in the areas of greatest impact.
- Benchmark performance of equipment and systems both internally and externally. Apply best business practice to improve machinery reliability and availability on the asset.
- Draft reliability and maintenance procedures, review and approve the effectiveness of maintenance procedures.
- Develop programs and methods to ensure that machinery is operated at optimum efficiency.
- Develop tools and techniques to monitor and report on critical asset equipment operating status

- Offshore Operations and Maintenance Personnel
- Onshore Operations, Maintenance and Engineering Personnel
- Client and Specialist Contractors

Qualifications/Training :
Essential:
- Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline plus proven track record of maintenance experience within the Oil & Gas industry
- OR : HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- OR : In lieu of formal technical qualifications, candidate may offer extensive experience in offshore maintenance with an auditable track record of consistently good performance. They will have recently held a senior / supervisory maintenance engineering role
- Specialist knowledge of at least one of the following: RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), RAM (reliability availability and maintainability modeling), criticality analysis, whole life costing

Experience :
Essential:
- Good knowledge of offshore/onshore equipment, systems and associated legislation
- Good knowledge of availability and reliability modeling
- Good knowledge of maintenance strategy development, tools and techniques
- Good knowledge of industry best maintenance practice
- Computer literate
- Ability to reason complex technical issues independently or with support

- Thorough and reliable worker
- Able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
- Demonstrate project and maintenance management skills
- Good problem solving skills, able to develop innovative solutions to improve reliability of key asset equipment
- A thorough knowledge and experience of the maintenance requirements of the oil and gas industries combined with skills and experience of leading a multi discipline onshore maintenance support team
- Ability to work as a team leader, team member, or independent contributor
- In depth-knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance techniques including the use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to manage these processes

Competencies – technical:
- Good depth of technical knowledge and experience, preferably gained within a production Oil and Gas Operating Environment
- Able to understand complex technical issues and develop effective solutions to technical problems
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and awareness of Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Condition Monitoring techniques and how to apply these effectively

Indonesian based position :

1. Piping Lead Engineer / Senior Engineer, 1 Person.

Responsibility :
To lead piping engineering team to run the EPCI Project (from Detail Engineering document review, issue MTO / Requisition, Issue TBE, Conduct Vendor Document Review, Issue Construction Engineering Document, Construction & installation Follow Up, Pre-commissioning & Punch List follow up, and revise the drawing / document for as built.

Recruitment Status :
2 years contract (can be extended – depend on the project requirement), Jakarta based (can be assigned to site with allowance refer to CPY regulation), immediately required.

Qualification :
Having experience in similar job (for Oil & Gas Engineering & construction) for minimum 8 years, fluent in English.

2. Mechanical Lead / Senior Engineer, 1 Person.

Responsibility :
To lead Mechanical Rotary / Package engineering team to run the EPCI Project (from Detail Engineering document review, issue Requisition, Issue TBE, Conduct Vendor Document Review, Construction & installation Follow Up, Pre-commissioning / Commissioning & Punch List follow up, and revise the related drawing / document for As built.

Recruitment Status :
2 years contract (can be extended – depend on the project requirement), Jakarta based (can be assigned to site with allowance refer to CPY regulation), immediately required.

Qualification :
Having experience in similar job (for Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction) for minimum 8 years, fluent in English.

3. Safety Officer

Requirements :
- Candidates must have worked on a Tanker conversion or FPSO build etc.
- Indonesian nationality only

Recruitment Status :
Permanent position, and able to join as soon as possible (within a week)

4. Electrical Supervisor

Requirements :
- Candidates must have worked on a Tanker conversion or FPSO build etc.
- Indonesian nationality only

Recruitment Status :
Permanent position, and able to join as soon as possible (within a week)

5. Senior Process Safety Engineer

Requirements :
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry (onshore / offshore), computer literacy, fluency in English
- At Least 5 years of experience in Safety Design / Loss Prevention
- Preparing safety layouts, calculations / specifications / bid evaluations
- Running or participation in HAZID / HAZOP / SIL studies, including chairman or secretary responsibilities
- Liaison with process / instrument engineers on safeguarding / relief / etc
- Area classification to IP 15 / API Codes, including preparation of hazardous equipment schedules and hazardous area classification layouts
- Preparation of escape, evacuation and rescue strategies / analysis
- Modeling and interpretation of flammable releases and dispersion analysis
- Engineering of Passive fire protection / Active fire protection (fixed water / foam / CO2 systems) / Fire water calculation / Portable fire extinguishers arrays / fire safety assessment / fire protection analysis
- Liaison with process / instrument / civil / electric / other disciplines for systems implementation
- Participation in HSE Reviews, HSE Audits, etc covering engineering
- Nationality : regional
