COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:
- Minimal 3 years experience in Collection Supervisor or Finance operation in Retail / Property Company
- Strong analytical skill & Leadership
- Good communication skill
- Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
- Female/ Male, max. 30 years old
- Fluent in English and skillful in Information Technology

TECHNICAL INTERNAL AUDIT
Expertise
* In technical audit for machine, building & utilities

Responsibilities:
- Identify issues & concern, and make practical, value-added recommendation to management
- Audits the technical operational activities in Building Management
- Reviewing & evaluating adequacy of internal system control & operational technical procedures, as well as recommending corrective measures
- Prepare reports on scope of audits & recommends improvements in operational procedure or other desirable

Requirements:
- Minimal 3 years experience in Consultant & Contractor / Building Maintenance / Engineering
- Strong analytical skill with high sense of integrity and investigation
- Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical from reputable university
- Preferable Male, max. 30 years old
- Fluent in English and skillful in Information Technology
