Our Client, an oil and gas company in Middle East is currently looking for :
1. Head of Electrical Engineering – 69757
Manage a team of Electrical and Power Engineers with a clear direction of achieving Company objectives cost effectively and in accordance to company s operating policies and procedures. Adopts industry best practices and International standards. Understands production priorities, work plans, procedures and how they fit with overall site plans, strategies and goals. Serves as focal point for issues related to Electrical and Power technology, problems and applications, for Company Onshore and Offshore facilities.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised educational institute.
• A sound knowledge of Hazardous area location within Petrochemical plant and good experience with electrical engineering software.
• Excellent Business Communication skills (reports, presentations, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills, Team building skills, adaptability to a multinational environment.
• Min 10 years of working experience with the majority gained in the Oil & Gas industry. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Head of Rotating Equipment Engineering – 69758
Provides leadership and manages the activities of the Rotating Equipment Engineering Section by planning, coordinating, and monitoring the group s activities to meet the company s safety and production objectives. These activities include the daily rotating equipment engineering and condition monitoring engineering support required for the operating facilities, supporting minor capital projects, and participating in technical reviews of expansion projects.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering required.
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of Machinery Engineering experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with LNG industry exposure.
• Minimum five (5) years experience supervising or managing engineers or other technical professionals.
• Experience in a process industry operating environment is required with a working knowledge of hydrocarbon and LNG safety practices and procedures. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and supervise a team. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment with wide exposure to various cultures and customs. Must have a high level of computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, integrated business systems such as SAP, presentation software such as Power Point, etc. Must be adaptable to new computer software and be able to manipulate data within the available systems.
3. Rotating Equipment Engineer – 68178
Provide engineering support to COMPANY onshore/offshore facilities to maintain the integrity of rotating equipment assets ensuring safe, reliability, and efficient operations. Duties include equipment surveillance, trouble shooting, root cause failure analysis, project support, maintenance support, and engineering equipment modifications.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Rotating Equipment Engineer.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is preferred.
• Must be familiar with all applicable rotating equipment codes and standards as well as be computer literate.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a culturally diverse workplace are essential.
4. Electrical/Power Engineer – 69985
Provide technical advice on the design, engineering, troubleshooting, and modification of electrical generation (GE), transmission, and distribution plant up to 132 KV. Responsible for maintaining the reliability of the existing protective relaying / Breaker system (Multilin) and getting involved in the day to day troubleshooting and Data management related with these relays. Expected to provide technical advice with respect to medium and high voltage switchgear, generators and motors, including all associated control and protective equipment. Provide support on electrical plant and protection co-ordination studies/settings as well as Root Cause Analysis. Provide engineering expertise and technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and Projects.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. in Electrical/Power Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years experience as Electrical/Power Engineer.
• Experience in Oil and Gas or Power Industry is necessary.
• Highly skilled in using relevant electrical engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Codes & Standards. Strong communication/leadership skills.
• Computer literacy.
5. Mechanical Engineer – 69986
Providing Technical advise and support on Design, Engineering, Trouble shooting and Modification to Piping, Pressure vessels, Heaters, Exchangers and Tanks. Provide mechanical engineering expertise and Technical support to Operations, Projects and Maintenance. Should possess good and sound engineering knowledge in International Codes and Standards related to piping and pressure vessel design like ASME, API, and TEMA . Good knowledge in design review of drawings, documents and calculations submitted by Consultants/vendors of fabricated equipments and package items. Knowledge in any one or more of Piping and Pressure vessel design/analysis software like CODECALC & PV ELITE , CAESAR II, Local load (WRC 107 & 297) and FEA will be added plus.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years experience as Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is necessary.
• Qualified in stress analysis and highly skilled in using relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Codes & Standards.
• Strong communication/leadership skills.
• Computer literacy.
6. Process Engineer – 69987
Provide process engineering support to Plant Assets by effectively monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the processing units as well as assisting in the development of the capital project plan for their respective asset areas. Provide conceptual / pre-FEED feasibility studies, develop scope of work for external engineering contractors, perform FEED as well as detailed process engineering design for small to medium size projects, and follow through with pre-mechanical completion punch out, commissioning and start-up support.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 to 15 years experience as Process Engineer.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is necessary.
• High level of computer literacy, including process simulation software (Hysys) and plant information/monitoring systems.
• Experience must include participation in Hazops and familiarity with management of change requirements in an operating environment.
• Strong communication / leadership skills.
7. Integrity Engineer – 69988
Provide Oil & gas industry experience in the fields of Facilities Integrity, inspection, and integrity assurance, including Risk Based Integrity management with Extensive exposure to in-service Static Equipment Integrity, facilities and material. Good knowledge of root cause analysis techniques. Will participate in implementing integrity targets and KPIs .Good knowledge of selection of materials and corrosion control strategies. Fully familiar with API, ASME and TEMA static equipment, material, and inspection related codes. Capable to troubleshoot and analyze static equipment performance and to identify equipment performing outside the operating envelope and advise on appropriate action to ensure plant integrity. Capable to provide advice in the field of failure analysis. Knowledgeable about the identification and classification of various types of damage / degradations mechanisms and be capable of discerning acceptable conditions .Experience in the application of fitness for purpose and the Remain Life Assessment techniques. Conversant with API RP 579 and 571. Conversant with NDT /NDE methods and qualified as level – II . Certified API or ASME vessels& piping inspector is an advantage. Be able to carry out internal pressure equipment visual Inspection. With appreciation of turnaround planning. The senior integrity engineer is expected to Direct, plan and manage Asset Daily integrity Activities and to Act as an Asset Focal Point, in handling asset related integrity and inspection daily activities , in Applying risk-based inspection methodologies to Develop, Plan, Implement and Execute detailed inspection work scopes. Will participate in RCFA , RA, and MOC reviews related to his nominated asset. Will be responsible to prepare inspection work list for plant turnarounds and ensure effective shutdown execution by developing strategies , identification of required manpower and equipment , proper management and leading the inspection team during the Shutdown. Will Act as “Authorized Inspector” for undertaking examinations and to Inspect fired / unfired pressure equipment, heaters, columns, vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems and storage tanks.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years experience as an integrity, inspection or corrosion engineer covering in-service Static Equipment Integrity and the application of risk-based inspection and reliability techniques in an operating oil and gas company.
• Strong analytical capability.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fully conversant with MS Office where SAP is an advantage with formal training and appropriate qualifications.
• Has strong technical background and knowledge of relevant international Codes & Standards.
• Experience in Oil and Gas operating environment is necessary.
• Strong communication/leadership skills.
8. Corrosion Engineer – 69989
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Corrosion Management Programs, this includes mitigation activities such as: Materials Section, Cathodic Protection, Coatings, Chemical Inhibition and monitoring activities such as: Corrosion Probes, Fluid Sample Analysis, Equipment Inspection. Also provide support to the Pipeline Engineering team in implementation the pipeline corrosion control programs.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Professional Qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in corrosion engineering and surveillance in the hydrocarbon processing industry with a good knowledge of metallurgy.
• Experience with gas dehydration and acid gas absorption systems. Experience in an operating environment is necessary.
• Understanding of safety and environmental requirements and risk assessment. Must have a high level of computer literacy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and integrated business systems (e.g. SAP).
• Good adaptability to a multinational environment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and supervise a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and judgment skills.
9. Control Systems Engineer – 69990
Performs control systems duties which include development of procedures, designs and implements modifications, and reports control systems KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Conducts and supervises Control Systems teams during shutdown. Contributes to decisions concerning control systems and operation improvements and related projects.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Good technical team skills.
• Minimum of 10 years technical experience in controls systems and process controls. Thorough knowledge of Distributive Control Systems (DCS) particularly those involved in the operation of major process facilities.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience specifically in Foxboro I/A DCS. UNIX experience would be a plus. Ability to configure and diagnose serial and Ethernet communications between a varieties of process components that interface with the DCS. Working knowledge of computer networking in the XP operating system and information systems exposure.
• Working knowledge of instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and safety systems. Working knowledge of LNG process, product loading, and storage facilities. Experience with interfacing with contractors for project implementation.
10. Safety Systems Engineer – 69991
Performs functional safety duties which include development of procedures, designs and implements modifications, and reports functional safety KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Conducts and supervises Functional Safety Systems (FSS) test teams during shutdown and reports performance of the functional safety systems. Contributes to decisions concerning functional safety and operation improvements through safety instrumented systems and related projects.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Membership of professional organization is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in Functional Safety engineering design, design modifications (such as F&G, PESD). Some hands on experience with PLC programming and Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) systems for safety and shutdown systems.
• Knowledge and application of relevant International safety standards, such as, IEC and ANSI/ISA is necessary.
• Understanding of safety and environmental requirements and risk assessment.
• Must have a high level of computer literacy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and integrated business systems (e.g. SAP).
• Good adaptability to a multinational environment. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and supervise a team.
• Strong communication, leadership, and judgment skills.
11. Field Engineer – 69992
To provide process surveillance engineering support to the operating facilities by process surveillance, monitoring, analysing, troubleshooting, and optimising the processing units as well as support activities associated with field managed modifications.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years working experience in the oil and gas industries in an operating environment is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and team work.
• A fundamental requirement for this position is the ability to influence others without authority derived from one s position within the organization.
• Adaptability to multinational environment, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon and LNG safety procedures.
• Must have general level of computer literacy with working knowledge of software s.
12. Programmatics Engineer – 69993
Provide expertice and contribute to development and continious improvement of Company Facility Integrity Management System, RGEE 6-6/RG-FIMS for all plant equipment - Regular feed back, review and improvement to the system components, including functional programs manuals, processes and procedures – Planning inspection programs, implementation and evaluation of fimdings.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
• More than 7 years relevant experience specific to Programmatics in the oil & gas industry.
• Proven supervisory skills.
• Understanding of material engineering and corrosion principles, integrity issues and management, risk assessment and safety and environmental requirements.
• Experience in the development and stewardship of integrity management systems. Strong communication, organization, leadership, and judgment skills.
• Should have a developed skill in co-working with other personnel from various departments, understands the drive for other opinions and be able to resolve conflicts and reach an acceptable solution in agreement with objectives. Structured work habits and planning skills.
• Understanding of Company Management System requirements and application. Knowledge of the relevant international Codes & Standards.
13. Programmatic Engineer – 69994
Provide Oil & gas industry experience in the overall activities of Programmatic Engineering. i.e. planning, implementing and stewarding Facility Integrity Programs for static equipment -Including Risk Based Inspection programs, corrosion monitoring and equipment surveillance activities for pressure vessels, piping, structures and pipelines. The programmatic engineer is also expected to significantly contribute to stewardship of overall company integrity programs, by recommending long and short term inspection business plans and budgets, participate in implementing integrity program targets and KPIs.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Engineering degree.
• 10-15 years experience within Static Equipment Engineering.
• Strong technical background in NDT inspection, corrosion monitoring and static equipment integrity is required.
• Experience with risk based inspection programs and programmatic approach. Must be familiar with applicable industry codes and standards, facilities integrity management systems and Computer tools.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, and structured work habits.
14. Metallurgical Engineer – 69995
Provide metallurgical expertise and technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and Projects. The qualified individual will conduct material selection/upgrade, failure analysis, resolve field issues, material testing, with a focus on hydrocarbons (including cryogenic and acid gas services), and participate in quality and integrity improvement and operating cost reduction efforts
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Materials Science / Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years experience as a Metallurgical Engineer.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry related materials. Familiar with alloys, steels alloys, stainless steels, and composites.
• Ability to identify root cause of incidents. Ability to apply either classical fatigue or fracture mechanics.
• Strong communication/leadership skills. Computer literacy.
15. Instrument and Control Engineer – 69996
Provide technical advice on the design, engineering, troubleshooting, and modification of a wide range of field instrumentation including: sensors, transmitters, control valves (Fisher), field analyzers, gas chromatograph (Siemens) and royalty/custody transfer meters for both gases and liquids. Strong knowledge of process control theory and SIL standards. Provide engineering expertise and technical support to Operations, Maintenance, and Projects.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. in Instrument and Control Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years experience as Instrument and Control Engineer.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is necessary.
• Highly skilled in using relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Codes & Standards.
• Strong communication/leadership skills. Computer literacy.
16. Process Engineer Specialist (Sulfur Treatment) – 69997
Provide process engineering support to Sulfur Plant Assets by effectively monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing the processing units as well as assisting in the development of the capital project plan for their respective asset areas. Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognised educational institution or equivalent. At least ten (10) years working experience with machinery engineering, operations and maintenance in oil and gas industry, preferably with heavy machineries in LNG and LPG processing plants. Extensive and intensive experience and exposure to “hands-on” work on the inspection, disassembly and re-assembly of rotating equipment.
