Key Responsibilities:

• Performs non-routine tasks as directed by the Chief drilling
Engineer or as opportunity presents, in order to meet Department and
Company goals. Ensures that he and other relevant people are kept
informed of all major opportunities, developments or problems that
will impact on the business.
• Promotes sharing of knowledge between Indonesian PSC s wherever
practicable.
• Carries out work in other Premier business units or on assignment to
other Indonesian PSC s as requested by Drilling Manager.
• Ensures that all activities conducted comply with the highest
ethical standards, all standard Operating Procedures and all Company
and government regulations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience with an Oil & Gas company.
• University degree (Bachelor) in an engineering discipline,
preferably majoring in oil and gas science or petroleum engineering.
• Fluent in both written & spoken English.
• Very proficient with computers and standard well engineering software.

3. Min. 3 years experience in Go Public Company/ Oil & Gas Company/Law Firm.
4. Full skill and knowledge in drafting agreements (MOU, Consortium Agreement, Joint Operation Agreement, Agency Agreement, etc)
5. Understand corporate law, capital market law, BAPEPAM/BEI/BKPM regulations.
6. Good command in English (oral & written), especially in term of law context.
7. Self starter, able to meet tight deadline, work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal communication.
8. Computer literate.

(2) ASSISTANT AUDIT MANAGER (CODE: AUDIT)
1. Male/female, age max. 30 years old
2. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting/ Management from reputable University
3. Min. 4 years experience as Internal Audit, K A P
4. Personal Integrity and honesty
5. Good command in English (oral & written).
6. Initiation, creative, innovation, Decision making and good interpersonal communication.
7. Supervising and training new staff or staff in charge

(3) ACCOUNTING (CODE: ACCT)
1. Male/female, max. age 26 years old
2. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting from reputable University
3. Min. 2 years experience in same field
4. Having skill in posting expands & account reconciliation
5. Able to make Financial Statement & Financial Reports
6. Comprehensive knowledge of account, cash flow planning, balance sheet, general ledger, P/L, budgeting, reconcile bank, stock opname, strong analysis.
7. Familiar with SUN Accounting would be an advantage
8. Dynamic, highly motivated, focus on detail.

(4) ADMINISTRATION STAFF (AS) & SECRETARY (CODE: SC)
1. Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) majoring in Management /Business Adm. (AS)/Secretarial (SC)
2. Female, age max. 25 years old
3. Having 2 years experience in same field
4. Self Motivated, Proactive and have excellent competency in handling administrative job, filling & documentation (SC)
